PWPS-WPQR-WPS

PWPS: The key point of planning before welding is to adopt normal production process in the real welding environment to ensure that violations occur in the subsequent operation process.

WPQR: After the welding test block is prepared, it shall be welded and controlled in strict accordance with PWPS, which is the key to affect the test results. The authenticity of the sample shall be strictly guaranteed after welding. The test process shall be carried out in accordance with relevant specifications to ensure that the test results are true, reliable and operable.

WPS: After confirming that all the test results meet the specification and design requirements, the welding engineer shall establish a WPS suitable for on-site operation for the convenience of welders and inspectors for process control and inspection.
