5. Before undertaking the lifting of molten steel, the large pallet should be locked, and attention should be paid to whether each part is in a normal state when using it. If any abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately for maintenance.

6. All transmission mechanisms and sliding parts should be well lubricated and lubricated frequently.

7. The ladle overhaul period is 2 years, and its working time does not exceed 5,500 hours. During the overhaul period, Tongjin should always check the wear of each machine part.
