Composition classification:
Ladle Rotary Table: The equipment installed above the casting position of the continuous casting machine for carrying the ladle across the span and supporting the ladle for casting. It consists of 6 parts: base, slewing arm, driving device, slewing support, accident drive control system, lubrication system and anchor. Single-arm ladle turntable: consists of base, column, upper arm, upper arm drive, lower arm, and lower arm drive. Butterfly ladle turntable: It is composed of base, lifting hydraulic cylinder, turning frame, ladle support, turning arm, parallel link, driving device and protective plate.
The main components:
Foundation anchor, base, wishbone, main cylinder, upper frame, saddle seat; lifting cylinder with joint bearing; rotary drive device with reduction box, accident hydraulic motor, coupling, etc.; slewing bearing large bearing; weighing Heavy equipment; hydraulic slip rings and electrical slip rings; grease distributors and hydraulic valve blocks; pipelines connected to equipment, including hoses, joints and pipe clamps (lubricating, hydraulic and compressed air pipelines); various protective covers; Ladle capping device; ladle sliding nozzle hydraulic cylinder operating device.
Job Features:
(1) Overloading. The ladle turntable carries tens of tons to hundreds of tons of ladle. When both swivel arms support the ladle full of molten steel, the load is the largest.
(2) partial load. There are 5 working conditions for the ladle turntable: that is, both sides are fully loaded, one is full and one is empty, one is full and one is empty, one is empty and one is empty, and both are empty. The maximum eccentric load occurs in the condition of one full and none, and the ladle turntable will bear the largest tipping moment at this time.
(3) Shock. Since the placement and removal of the ladle are all completed by a crane, an impact is generated when the moving ladle is placed, and this impact causes the parts of the turntable to bear dynamic loads.
(4) High temperature. The high-temperature molten steel in the ladle will generate thermal radiation on the turntable, so that the turntable between the ladle will be subjected to additional thermal stress; in addition, the splashed molten steel particles during pouring will also bring fire hazards to the turntable.
